David first moved to Lane County in 1972, living first in the River Road area, then Pleasant Hill, and Springfield. After a short time in San Diego and Kihei, Maui, he returned to live in the area of Eugene known as Santa Clara. He is very familiar with the changes that have occurred over the years in this part of the Willamette Valley. David holds a Professional Accountant degree as well as a Private Fixed Wing Pilot's license and a Commercial Helicopter Pilot's license. His love of collector cars has him involved with the Petersen Collector Car Auction and the Emerald Empire Vintage Auto Club. David is an avid Oregon Duck fan, who can be seen on any given Saturday in Autzen Stadium rooting on his team.
